Plant It Forward Farms

We are a network of urban farm businesses run by resettled refugees in Houston, Texas. Join our Farm Share program, or source produce from us weekly for your food business. We grow a wide variety of vegetables, and limited quantities of fruit, 52-weeks-a-year. We specialize in growing African greens during the summer.
