Pheasant Hollow Winery sits on over 5 acres of scenic woodlands in southern Illinois. The winery is located on the eastern side of Rend Lake. Sit on the deck and sample unique country wines like our signature award winning "Black & Blue," a sumptuous combination of blackberries and blueberries, or "Amanda's Blush," a semi-sweet blend of Illinois grapes.
