Sweet Tree Farm

Sweet Tree Farm is a 200-acre family farm in beautiful Schoharie County, New York. We are committed to sustainable farming methods and raise out animals naturally and stress-free. We do not use growth hormones or routinely use antibiotics. Our beef is 100% grass fed and finished, with no grain and no confinement, ever. We have spent more than a decade improving our land and our herd to ensure that we produce a consistent, high-quality, year-round supply of grass fed beef. The pigs are raised outside on pastures in the summer and unconfined in a large barn on a deep bedding pack in the winter. The meat chickens are raised seasonally on pasture. We also produce maple syrup. Our products are available at the farm by appointment, at the Troy Waterfront Farmer's Market every Saturday morning and at the Schenectady Greenmarket on Sundays from 10am to 2 pm year-round. Individual cuts as well as whole, half and quarters are available
