Our dairy farm consists of approx 150 head of majority Brown Swiss cattle which are milked twice a day. The milk is bottled at our plant (which is next to the milking parlor) just a few hours after milking chores are done. Milk is vat pasteurized per GA regulations, is non-homogenized, no antibiotics, no growth hormones, fresh and natural. Research shows that milk from Brown Swiss cattle have higher CLA than other breeds. Milk products include whole, 2%, skim, chocolate, buttermilk, heavy cream, half & half, & Eggnog(seasonal). Butter is churned and hand molded in half lb & lb sizes, in salted, unsalted, cinnamon, garlic and honey. Ground Meat is in 2 & 5 lb trays, 2+ lb cubed steak, 3+ roast and t-bones are 4 steaks/ pack.
